so when the other night I finally watched "Burlesque", which I absolutely love, and I fell
in love all over again with Etta James' song "Something's Got A Hold On Me", which was sung
by Cristina Aguilera in the movie. I'm also a huge Cristina Aguilera fan, so I was very pleased
with how she sang the song (unlike some other artist who have destroyed their rendition of "At Last").
So for this Song Link-Up I couldn't pick just one, so...

I feel the SAME way about "At Last" and some renditions I have heard! What a shame it is. Oh, I love that you included Chritina Aguilera's version! The movie isin my Netflix Queue and I'm super excited for it to become available :) Grandma and I will be having one awesome movie night!

ReplyDeleteOh how I love me some Etta James! This song makes me want to jump up and dance! And when I heard Christina sing it in Burlesque, I got goosebumps! It is such a HAPPY song isn't it!
